Fruit Pizza Recipe

By: Cassidy Morris Bakes

Summer is a great time to try out some new recipes. Sometimes it’s fun to start from scratch, but other times, it’s fine to use some ingredients you just buy from the store. Here’s a great recipe from Cassidy Morris Bakes that anyone can try at home!

Grab your favorite sugar cookie dough and let’s get started!

Frosting Ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Milk
  • All your favorite fruits to decorate and embellish the top! (Here, I used strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and kiwi.)

Instructions:

Step 1.)  Grab a round pizza pan and firmly press your dough into the dish. Bake as needed.

Step 2.)  Make your Frosting:

  • One stick of butter
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of milk

Add your butter and vanilla into a bowl and mix it really well. Add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time mixing fully with each addition. Add milk as needed.

Step 3.)  Spread your frosting, evenly, all over your cookie pizza!

Step 4.)  Cut up your favorite fruits and berries and lay them all over your pizza. The designs are endless, so be creative!!

Step 5.) Slice your cookie pizza & enjoy!
